Now Yestah Day

"Cycle" by kors k

So hardcore techno represents yesterday perfectly because it was the first day of classes.

So I went to my Movement for Actors class. The Mormon is in that one with me. Which is pretty cool. And so is Otaku. (WOW all these new pseudonyms. I spit FIRE.)

Our homework was to take a bunch of selfies and run around the city looking for stuff.

image
I'm not lying though...
OH YEAH I have to analyze the french toast too!

Wow this is very cryptic.

Anyways. After I wandered the city I had Super English.

BLACK ADAM IS IN MY ENGLISH CLASS!

SO IS PETER POTTER!

AND MARTINI!
image
For some reason that excites me.
There are a bunch of books I'll need.

But I need to chill with buying too many things at once. So I'll get two books today and wait a little longer.

image
STRATEGY.
So after that I had dinner with Daria and Peter Potter and the Ray of God and others.

Then I hung in the lounge with Daria and The Mormon and Batgirl and Fall Swoop and Peter Potter and Alley Cat and Bare Bones showed up for a good 5 seconds.

I AM GOD OF ALL PSEUDONYMS
Then I slept.

I have so many cool pseudonyms now...

This will be a fun year.

ASAP DANCE TIME!

"Lights Go Down" by Basement Jaxx

I'm sorry I've been really busy as of late.

I like that term "as of late..."

It's classy.

image
Like Penguins.
Honestly, penguins are very classy.

image
Don't sass me Oprah
OK LET'S STAY ON TOPIC I HAVE A LOT TO DO.

So two days ago...

I did nothing.

I am so sorry.
I do nothing quite a lot.

BUT.

I did watch a movie with Peto, Black Adam, Sarah Tancredi, and Gus. (yes I made those up on the spot.)

It was called The Strangers.

So this guy and this girl go to some relatively nice house.

The guy proposes.

She's like....

No.

Then they get stalked by the ANBU Black Ops...

I'm not kidding. Masked Ninjas.
They get all paranoid reasonably..

and shoot their hope of rescue in the head.

Then they are tied to a chair a stabbed repeatedly in the stomach.

Like eww
And it ends with the woman screaming at some Mormon kids.

The movie made no sense. It was properly creepy. But WHY THE HELL WHERE THE KILLERS DOING WHAT THEY DID?

It's inspired by true events.

So now I'm paranoid about what house I should purchase.

Like nope, I'm gonna have neighbors.

No people + No phone connection=Weird crap
And that was purrty much two days ago.

Did ALOTTA stuff yesterday

"Energy" by The Apples in Stereo

So I woke up relatively early for a change...

Then there was an excursion that I went on to the Museum of Moving Image in Queens NY.
IT WAS AWESOME.
There was so much awesome stuff there.

I had an excellent time with Martini and Alley Cat.

No you haven't heard of them.

But they are pretty cool!

And we spent so much time GUSHING about the Breaking Bad exhibit.

YES. YOU HEARD ME CORRECTLY.
i died and was reborn. dat exhibit...

I also ran into Obi Wan's close friend who I have totally met before at the wedding AND totally helped out during my WISE project.

When I got back I created a cookie empire.

I figured out how to live stream yesterday's episode of Breaking Bad

I bought tater tots!

In short

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME.

I still can't believe how unbelievable yesterday was.

Just.

Everything that I did.
Everything that happened.

I JUST...

WHAT A DAY!
Like I know NYC is a magical place.

But I underestimated its power.

TOPIC CHANGE:

My new roommate arrived last night. My first impression:

I dunno, he's pretty chill.
I want to talk more about how awesome yesterday was because it's still impacting me greatly.

Like.

WOW.

Too bad I already told you everything...

Did I tell you I bought tater tots?

Yes I did...

OK. Well. I have a cookie empire to tend to sooooooo if you need me I'll be creepily grinning in the corner thinking about yesterday...

So yesterday.

"Tonight's Today" by Jack Penate

So I did basically nothing all day yesterday.

Why?

Well there were no interesting excursions.

Scratch that. There were a LOT of excursions.

But I wasn't interested in any of them.

(I'm going to the Museum of Moving Image today though... I'm super excited for that.)

I spent the whole daytime in my room on the computer.

It was like: 7 hours of internet surfing.

image
SEVEN. FREAKING. HOURS.
You see most of my friends are nocturnal.

So I was basically hanging with Daria and Peter Potter until around 2 AM

They like weren't even up at noon and but they woke up at like 4.

So I was with Daria watching PSAs.

Not exactly JUST watching. We were totally trying to analyze plot points.

We watched one about LSD with a screaming hot dog.
We watched one about police brutality and how to know your rights.
We (well, I) sat on a raft with a chicken for an hour and 13 seconds.
We watched a preview for a movie about a child and his epic battle with dirty socks.
We watched Winnie the Pooh characters get stalked relentlessly by Rabbit all through the magic woods.
We watched that girl with Dissociative Identity Disorder. AGAIN.
We laughed at handicapped people.
(You don't understand. It was some token Narm.)

We analyzed the whole plot arc of the Magic Bullet to Go infomercial.
They cook SO MUCH FREAKING FOOD.
BUT NOBODY EATS IT.

There was this guy.

Who was all like "My wife makes me chop the garlic"
So they shot it with a bullet.
Then he was like "Do onions. My wife makes me chop those too..."
So they did that.
In the middle of nowhere.
The cocky Australian Man cooked breakfast, lunch, dinner, AND DESSERT in 20 minutes.

Like. Do you honestly think a day's worth of food in 20 minutes is going to help anyone.

Plus he used a NEW BULLET every time.

Like. C'mon man. Bring a damn sink.

Basically we watched stuff go down...

AND I AM SO GLAD TO HAVE FOUND ANOTHER TROPER!
We are a rare and uncommon breed if sapien
So that was pretty much yesterday.

I'm going to the MOVIE MUSEUM TODAY!!!

I'll get back to this after I go.
You have my word.

Me Party

"Me Party" by Miss Piggy, Amy Adams

Today I woke up at 12:30

That's because I was hanging in the lounge until 4 am.

I know. I'm such a rebel.
So I went to the MoMa.

By myself.

It was spectacular.

I got to see the art by myself for myself. I didn't have to worry about catching up with anyone. I could go at my own pace.

THE POWER OF ART.
It was eye opening and beautiful.

My roommates weren't home.

They still aren't

And I violently danced for three hours straight.

I do this whenever they're gone.

You see, the logic is that no person will be in danger of crashing into my flailing limbs if well, THERE ARE NO PEOPLE.

They were gone for so long the sweat was dripping off my headphones.

In fact they're still gone.

Where the hell did they go?

Whatever...

So yeah. I might cook Asian rice after I shower just for the sake of cooking.

THIS IS MY ROOM RIGHT NOW.
I'm so power hungry right now it's ridiculous...

Today was pretty chill.

"With my Hands Covering both of my Eyes I am too Scared to have a Look at you Now" by Team Me

Today was pretty chill.

I got some new pseudonyms.

And these people actually READ my blog.

So they better be good...
So I went to this thingy today and the theatre faculty just threw an overwhelming amount of information at us.

When it was over I was like

That was a lot of information...
So after that I met up with Daria and we searched for a source of nourishment in the building.

image
Yes. Nothing was found.
Then Mormon Man and Peter Potter joined us in our quest for Starbucks.

There were some wrong turns but we eventually located one and mingled like college students do with our ice coffees and our tapas.

There were no tapas...
Screw accuracy.

So we had an extended discussion about fandom.

Then we left.

And we went to The Mormon Dorm.

And watched exceptional performers.
Not-so-exceptional performers.
My hot mess Fruma.
And we watched some girl with very severe dissociative identity disorder.
There was also breadfish.
and HAAAAAYAAAAAAYAAAAYAAAYAAY.

Then I went on a McDonalds run with Daria and Peter Potter.

Then we played a game of "who is the most demented person in the room."

I lost. :)

Then I visited the Magical Ginger.

I think the Magical Ginger is secretly Batgirl.

Wait I don't just think.

THERE IS NO DENYING IT.

Ok.

"Twerk" by Basement Jaxx

So I went and saw a musical improv group who performed Twerk the Musical hence the song...

I was very impressed.

They were able to create a plot hump on the spot.

image
It's kind of awesome that these people are so capable.
I personally would have preferred a more creative premise...

Like Attack of the Revenge of the Schizophrenic Lemurs from Space.

I really wanted the musical to be Attack of the Revenge of the Schizophrenic Lemurs from Space.

Like REALLY BADLY.

LIKE REALLY BADLY
But no.

It was about butt seizures.

But hey, they made it work.

Or should I say:

They made it twerk...

Is that a horrible pun I smell?
